This month’s STEM challenge!

Fourth through sixth graders are developing a prototype for a chair for baby chair using popsicle sticks, plastic straws, pipe cleaners, tape and rubber bands.  The chair must have four legs and a back, be a minimum of 6 inches high and must hold a can of soup!
Here is a popsicle stick tower that holds over 150 pounds of weight!
